What I do when I feel stuck, overwhelmed and a little bit like a failure

April 29, 2026

For two days I was in it. Thoughts overwhelming me, movement minimal, walls caving in. This is what pulled me out – and it wasn’t a cold shower or a 5am alarm.

Sometimes reading is enough. Sometimes you want something practical. These are the resources I created while figuring it out myself.

why I started

writing

I've always had an overactive mind.

The kind that could turn one small thought into twenty tabs open at once.

For years I thought I needed to become someone else before life would finally click. More confident. More certain. Less messy.

Instead, I started paying attention.

I began writing about the things I was living through — moving across the world, identity, relationships, confidence, the strange seasons where nothing seems to happen, and the tiny moments that quietly change everything.

This isn't a place where I pretend to have the answers.

It's a place where I make sense of the questions.

And if you've ever felt like your brain works a little like mine, I hope you'll feel at home here.
